This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and anything you send us by email or tell us by phone. If you become a client, your agreement with us sets out how we handle information in that work.
Who we are

What we collect
This website has no forms and no sign-in. We only receive personal information when you email or call us. We collect what you give us, which may include:
- your name and business name
- your website address, or your Google listing if you don't have a website
- your email address and phone number
- anything else you choose to include in your message or tell us on the call
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health details about you or anyone else. We don't need it to reply or to do your free audit.
What our host records. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may record basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and storage. Our own pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. If you use the light or dark switch, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn't sent to us.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us to:
- reply to you
- do the free audit you asked for, which looks only at public information about your business
- send you your audit report
- talk with you about any work you ask us about
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who sees it
We do. We also use service providers to run our business, and they handle information for us: the company that hosts this website (Cloudflare), and the companies that provide our email and phone services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. Cloudflare runs a global network and is based in the United States.
